We built this for the woman who has been doing everything right and still feels like something is missing.
BLK Girl Gone GRN is an environmental wellness education and consulting brand built specifically for Black women and the communities that have always deserved the full picture. We connect the dots between everyday environments and long-term health - clearly, specifically, and without the overwhelm.
The information existed. It just wasn’t reaching us.
O U R S T O R Y
Black women are working out and eating healthy. Keeping their appointments. Advocating for themselves in exam rooms. Doing the research. And the disparities persist anyway — the fibroids, the late diagnoses, the maternal mortality that follows us straight through our degrees and our income brackets, the infertility rates that don't discriminate.
There is a part of this conversation that has been largely missing. The environments we move through every single day — what we put on our bodies, what we cook in, what we clean with, what we breathe inside our own homes — are part of the health story. That connection is documented. The research is there.
What BGGG was built to do is close the distance between that research and the women who need it most. To make it accessible without dumbing it down. To make it specific without making it overwhelming. And to do it in a way that feels less like a warning and more like a homecoming.
Because knowing better should feel like coming home to yourself.

Tasia
S H E / H E R
Tasia is a public health strategist, environmental wellness educator, and doctoral candidate whose work sits at the intersection of policy, science, and the everyday lives of Black women and their families.
Her path moved through medicine, healthcare, and public health policy — from the floor of high-acuity emergency departments to the boardrooms of corporate health systems — giving her a full-spectrum view of how health decisions get made, and who they leave out.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, studied in a Physician Assistant program, and holds a Masters of Public Health from Rutgers School of Public Health. She carries a certification in environmental toxins and is currently a doctoral candidate researching OB/GYN knowledge gaps surrounding environmental toxins in personal care products and their impact on Black reproductive health — a space that is critically understudied and deeply urgent.
She founded BLK Girl Gone GRN because the information existed. The gap was in who it was reaching, and how.
When she is not building the future of Black wellness education, Tasia is a foster parent, a bio-mom navigating the very expensive teenage years, a reluctant but committed gardener, and an enthusiastic traveler who believes rest is also a form of reclamation.

The goal was never just a cleaner shelf.
Education that meets her where she is and takes her as far as she wants to go. Consulting that goes as deep as her life requires. A course series built across three volumes — Reclamation, Restoration, Regeneration — because this work unfolds in layers, the way healing always has.
Resources that help women walk into their doctor's offices armed with the right questions, not just hope. Products developed with the same integrity this brand was built on. Community support for the people who have always needed it most. And eventually, the policy rooms — because personal knowledge was never meant to carry the full weight of systemic harm alone.
Our grandmothers tended to this.
We are picking it back up.
